RED CARPET POWER MOMENTS:DONATELLA VERSACE

I thought about this title "RED CARPET POWER MOMENTS" just so i can use the medium to give kudos to some designers home and abroad for their creative work of arts. Also the amazing stars who make us love these designers more by giving a whole new meaning the the beautiful creative. And my first is non other than the power house of fashion Versace.

Since Gianni passed on,the fashion power house of Versace has constantly continued to evolve gracefully and revving up their brand in more sophisticated way. From my own knowledge,a Versace woman is GLAMOROUS, SEXY, POWERFUL IN HER FIELD AND BEAUTIFUL. And for me,these are the two most powerful red carpet moments for Donatella since her brother passed on.

The Jungle Dress worn by Jennifer Lopez to the Grammys in 2000 [see below] was an astonishing feat of fabric engineering – a flimsy thing made from just a few pieces of printed fabric. It was very, very sexy, and provoked a crazy reaction. J.Lo being a sexy woman, but I think the Jungle Dress had special impact because it showed that she was really proud of her sensuality.

What trips me about this dress Angelina Jolie wore to the 2012 Golden Globes[see below] is the architectural fashion designing that went on the dress. It was a cream satin strapless long creation and showed off Angelina’s beautifully feminine figure. This time the dress revealed almost nothing – just her elegant shoulder and neck, and a cheeky peek of leg through a thigh-high split. This is what i call a classical Grecian look, and Angelina looked both extremely elegant and wonderfully sexy in it. Typical example of less is more.

Both dresses were very Versace, but each achieved this effect in a different way. I just love Versace and i'm looking forward to more power moments on the red carpet.

N:B-Please feel free to email me any red carpet power moment you think would fit this feature. Thanks.

Angelina Jolie's dress is classy and nice, it did not expose much but gave us a hint of the curvy body underneth d way it romances every curve. As for Jlo's dress I think it is trashy just because it was made by a great designer does not make it a power whatever, there is no one point about this dress that is breath taking believe me.

Yea as for Jlo I don't support that piece she is wearing! It is extremely trashy! It is d worse outfit I have ever seen on her! Just because it was made by versace doesn't mean it is beautiful.
